Cadillac

Over 200 different exercises can be performed on this piece of Pilates equipment, ranging from gentle spring-assisted sit ups to advanced acrobatics - there's something for all ages and abilities. The Cadillac repertoire of exercises truly challenges the core abdominal muscles, develops spinal flexibility, works the shoulder girdle, strengthens the back and stretches the total body. The Cadillac contains various adjustable parts and you really need a trained instructor to guide you through safe, proper usage and effective techniques.

Chair

While many of the Chair exercises are performed seated and pressing down on a step/pedal, others entail lying on the floor, standing straight up, lunging forward or doing push up like moves with the arms. Over 100 exercises can be performed on this unique piece of equipment.

Recommendations:

Pilates classes are best taken in comfortable form fitting clothing. We recommend men wear bike shorts under loose shorts or sweats. Women should wear clothing that is comfortable for stretching. Socks are mandatory. We have a changing room and bathrooms for your convenience.
