Group Classes


The Pilates Reformer helps to establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk. It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints.


This challenging class is appropriate for all levels of Pilates practitioners. By utilizing spring-based resistance, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. Be prepared for a great workout with more than 200 exercises for your instructor to choose from.


Watch out! In this class, your instructor has the choice to use any equipment we have in the studio. You are guaranteed an intense workout. Be prepared to sweat because your instructor has hundreds of exercises to choose from. (Sneakers recommended)


This Beyonce inspired class will get that tush toned for that special occasion or for just walking around your kitchen!  Set to motivating music, our Bootylicious class will lift your seat and strenghten those large muscle groups, helping you burn calories all day.  There’s no shortage of squats or lunges in this class and watch out for those calorie burning plyometrics thrown in at will. Participants utilize all upper and lower body muscles, singly, and in multiple-muscle exercises with low weight and high reps to get sculpted and toned, without ever bulking up. Class is taught at a rigorous pace to provide a cardiovascular workout. Get ready to sweat a lot and get your tush looking fabulous! (Sneakers recommended)

With the dome side up, the device can be used for athletic drills and aerobic activities. The device can also be flipped over so that the platform faces up. In this position, the device is highly unstable and can be used for a wide array of exercises as well. P.S. you’re going to sweat. (Sneakers recommended)


While many of the Chair exercises are performed seated and pressing down on a footbar, others are done lying on the floor, standing straight up, lunging forward or doing push ups! Don’t be fooled by the name of this piece of equipment.

Ballet Barre Booty Camp

Barre is an interval Pilates-based class done at the ballet barre.  Set to motivating music, our Barre class will lift your seat, tone your abdominals, arms and legs. The isometric exercises will also strengthen your legs and back, while improving your posture and flexibility.  After working each muscle group to the point of fatigue (interval overload), muscles are stretched for relief to create long, lean, supple muscles.  Class is taught at a rigorous pace to provide a cardiovascular workout as well.  The end results are long lean muscles and a flexible, youthful body!  See inches disappear in just 10 classes.
